Species: Anabolia consocia (Walker) 1852
Larval case made from bits of twigs, bark, and/or grass or leaf pieces. Smith (1984) collected larvae from all types of habitats from cold, clear headwater streams to slow flowing turbid rivers as well as lakes. There is likely only one generation a year with the adults beginning to fly in mid July.
