Species: Limnephilus canadensis Banks 1908
Larval case is a tapered tube made of sand grains. Larvae were found in slower reaches of cool rapidly to slow flowing streams with cobble gravel substrates (Smith 1984). There is a single generation per year with adults flying in July.
